6:30pm-8:00pm
This evening yoga class will include breathing, stretching, yoga poses, guided meditations, and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, two blocks, a strap, and a bolster / pillow (or any props that you like to have). The class will be guided with a variety of options, so it is appropriate for beginners and experienced students. Space is limited so sign up soon.
